Pamela Schram received her B.S. from Loyola University in Chicago (1988), her M.A. from Rutgers University (1990), and her Ph.D. from Michigan State University (1996). Her major research interest include corrections and juvenile justice with an emphasis on gender and race/ethnicity.

Pamela Schram’s research and scholarship have included evaluating drug treatment and Life Skills programs in correctional settings, multijurisdictional drug task forces, and an intervention program for juveniles. She also continues her research on the influence of gender and race/ethnic stereotypes in the criminal justice process.
